3. Booking Process (V1 – Enquiry Only)
Important: At this stage (V1), our website is for enquiries only. No payments or bookings are made directly through the website.
When you submit an enquiry form:
- We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements
- We will provide a detailed quote based on your travel dates and preferences
- Booking and payment are completed separately through direct communication with our team
- Full booking Terms & Conditions will be provided at the time of booking
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are:
- Guide prices per person in GBP (£)
- Based on 4 people sharing a room
- Subject to change based on travel dates, flight availability, and hotel rates
- Exclusive of Saudi visa fees (approximately £350 per person)
- Exclusive of travel insurance
Final pricing will be confirmed in your personalized quote. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or increases in taxes/fees.
5. What’s Included & Excluded
Each package page lists specific inclusions and exclusions. Please review these carefully. If you’re unsure about what’s included, contact us before booking.
6. Travel Documents & Visas
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from travel date)
- Appropriate Saudi Arabia Umrah visa
- Required vaccinations (Meningitis ACWY mandatory)
- Valid travel insurance
We provide visa application support, but approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities. We cannot be held responsible for visa refusals.
7. Health & Vaccinations
All travelers must:
- Be medically fit to travel
- Have Meningitis ACWY vaccination (administered minimum 10 days before travel)
- Comply with current COVID-19 requirements set by Saudi Arabia
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your journey
8. Travel Insurance
Mandatory: Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all travelers. Your policy must cover:
- Medical emergencies and repatriation
- Trip cancellation and curtailment
- Lost/delayed luggage
- Personal liability
Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
